An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an exciting school in North London to oversee the Human Resources function as a stand-alone Human Resources Manager. The roles offers offering autonomy and a professional culture whereby you will be supported and encouraged as part of a highly valued strategic HR function.

Reporting into the Strategic Director of Finance and HR and with line management responsibilities, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities for the post holder include:

  • Recruitment & Selection at all levels
  • Absence Management
  • Appraisal and Management Development
  • Employee relations including capability, disciplinary and grievance
  • HR Management Information
  • Payroll
  • Staff well-being

We are seeking a CIPD qualified HR generalist who has at least two years’ experience in a HR environment not necessarily in an education environment. The successful candidate will be a strategic practitioner who will influence at all levels of the school and will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support continued organisational development.
