Responsibilities for the post holder include:

- Employee relations including capability, disciplinary and grievance
- HR Management Information
- Staff well-being
We are seeking a CIPD qualified HR generalist who has at least two years’ experience in a HR environment not necessarily in an education environment. The successful candidate will be a strategic practitioner who will influence at all levels of the school and will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support continued organisational development.
