We have applied to Edenred for free school meal vouchers for students who receive free school meals in school. The voucher will be sent between Friday 22nd and Monday 25th January, via the email we have for you on our school system. You will need to follow the instructions in the email to claim your voucher. FAQ

How long will the voucher last?

The voucher you will receive will last 4 weeks (from the week beginning Monday 18th January to the week ending Friday 12th February). The government has not released information about the plans for free school meal vouchers from Monday 16th February onwards.

 

How much money will I receive?

If you have one child at Whitefield School you will receive £60 in total.

If you have more than one child that have been registered on our system as eligible for free school meals at Whitefield School You will receive £60 for each child. So two children would mean £120, three children £180, four children £240

 

Your full entitlement will be sent in one email.

 

What happens if my financial situation has changed?

Please email the school admin address schooladmin@whitefield.barnet.sch.uk and a member of staff will be in touch to check whether you are eligible to claim free school meal vouchers

 

What happens if I do not have an email address?

The vouchers are sent via email so you will need to set up a working email address.

 

What happens if I do not have a mobile or access to wifi?

Please email the school admin address schooladmin@whitefield.barnet.sch.uk and a member of staff will be in touch to support you further.

 

What happens if you have only received vouchers for one child but have more children at Whitefield School?

Please email the school admin address schooladmin@whitefield.barnet.sch.uk and a member of staff will be in touch to check whether you are eligible to claim free school meal vouchers for your other child/children.
